Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 weeks to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 weeks using Royal Mail 48H Tracked. Flat rate shipping fee of £15.99 applies to orders shipping to EU locations outside UK region. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £4 flat rate shipping to the UK.
Free shipping offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over £150). 
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. international shipping options have an extended delivery time. Delivery timelines are 2-3 weeks for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Suga bomb boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sugabombboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
